We will deduct funds from your OTC balance based on the date we receive your order. For example, if you mail us an order form on March 31 and we receive it on April 5, we will deduct the funds from your OTC balance that was loaded on April 1. To ensure you make the most of your OTC Catalog purchase, be sure to send us orders well before the end of the calendar quarter so that your funds do not expire before you have the chance to use them.
