How do I track my catalog orders?

There are 3 ways to track your catalog order:

1. By Phone: call 1-800-480-6598 (TTY 711)
2. Online at HorizonExtraBenefits.com: select the Shop OTC Catalog link at the top of the page, or select the Shop Now button on the OTC Catalog Benefit Page (or the OTC Grocery Benefit page if applicable). On the shopping page that opens, select My Account from the links at the top of the page, then scroll down to the Recent Orders section and select Track Order for the order you want to track.
3. Using the myTotal Benefits mobile app: select Shop OTC on the pop-up screen that appears when you open the menu at the top right of the screen, or select the Shop Now button located on the OTC Catalog Benefit screen (or the OTC Grocery Benefit screen if applicable). On the shopping screen that opens, select the menu at the top left next to the Horizon logo and then select My Account from the menu that appears. On the screen that opens, scroll down to the Recent Orders section and select Track Order for the order you want to track.
