Use your Horizon EXTRA Benefits Card to make payments. To do this, all you need to do is:
- Call your utility provider and use your Horizon EXTRA Benefits Card as form of payment.
- Enter the Horizon EXTRA Benefits Card number on your bill or online.
If your service provider does not accept the card, call us at 1-800-480-6598 (TTY 711).
