Call the Horizon EXTRA Benefits Card Member Services line at 1-800-480-6598 (TTY 711), and let them know the product, brand and size and they will assist you. Approved product lists are updated on a weekly basis, so as long as it is an approved OTC/grocery item, it will be covered.
